Vendor: IDViking

Introduction

I bought this ID from IDViking a couple weeks ago. It's not even close to believable because it isn't glossy. Everything is pretty alright and passable, but the matte feeling of the ID instantly gives this away as fake.

Communication: 5/10

They replied very quickly EXCEPT when I asked about why my card was matte. They haven't replied why it's not glossy like a real U21 nPA.

Cost: 4/10

$89 for an unconvincing ID, not worth the price at all. However, it is cheaper than OIS's U21, though by the pictures on their website it at least looks more passable.

Shipping: 10/10

Got here in 11 days, so excellent shipping. Came in an envelope with the two cards inside, it's domestic so no worries about customs or anything like that.

template: 10/10

Template is good, you can only tell if you're holding a real one side-by-side and are actively looking for small differences.

photoshop: 7/10

It's alright, the blue background is a little off. The picture I sent was admittedly taken with a phone, so I'm not going to complain about the picture or photoshop.

holograms/OVI: 5/10

They're not acceptable considering the price. You can see them very plainly when looking at the card straight on, versus a real one is a lot lighter/more subtle and you mostly see it when you turn the ID. The holograms on the fake just look bad in person.

uv: 10/10

Don't have a UV light x x x x x x x x x x x x

scanning: 10/10

scans perfectly in my app, no complaints here. Info is all correct.

conclusion: 3/10

This ID could pass nicely if it weren't matte. The holograms are kinda eh but everything else is fine. I just don't understand why it's matte, nobody in PA has a matte ID! They're ALL glossy, the U21 and O21 and even the state IDs are glossy! The back is actually glossy, though, so no idea why they couldn't make the front glossy. There's no way this could ever pass if you've ever held a real PA license before.
