I sent a photo of my signature, and it came out the same as the photo I sent in.. so yeah

The overlay is authentic as appears, this is as good as it could get for being replicated imo.
UV showed up perfectly under a black light, I did not find a single out of place feature of UV. :O beauty. :)
The information scanned in perfectly fine, same as I entered, nothing changed, no misspelled words, nada!
