I was looking for the quickest vendor and Dove had plenty of people saying he had a quick turnaround of 2 weeks or less and my order came in within 4 days after ordering them.
The vendor replied within 24 hours whenever I had a question or a problem. I made a few mistakes with feeling the information out on my order and he fixed it for $30 and I received it within 4 days.
Couldn't get a better ID for $50
He says that it would take up to 2 weeks but it came way before that. Extremely impressed with the quick shipping.

Like I said, I don't have an ID to compare it to but it passes everywhere I use it at.
The photo is a little blurry with red eyes but I believe that was more my fault than his. I don't have a real Tennesse ID to compare it to so I can't say that it's bad.
The holograms are visible
Not really sure because I don't have a light to check it.
Info comes up on BCS but it does say potentially fake.
