I bought this ID on a $35 promo, which is a steal for this quality of an ID with dupes. I bought a Kentucky and New Hampshire, the New Hampshire is missing from my order but Lost and his CS rep said they're working to figure out what's going on.
No communication was needed for the Kentucky ID, but the response to find out what's going on with my New Hampshire has been slow, I sent them a message two days ago to see what's going with the ID and as of today they're still trying to find out, hopefully I'll find out today.
You can't beat the quality of this ID for the $35 promo I bought this on.
The ID took a total of 13 business days from the order date to arriving in the mailbox, which in my opinion is pretty good especially since the ID was so cheap.
The signature looks fine to me. I'm not sure why everyone gets wrapped up in how the signature looks though, I'm sure it varies state by state.
Not to sure since I have no reference for color, but the layout looks to be on point compared to the pics online.
The picture is only complaint I have about the ID. I admit, I could've submitted a better picture but they could've touched up slightly more. There is some white around my hair from the background I stood against to take the pic that is noticeable, if you closely enough. I'm not super worried about this though because I only plan to use this ID at stores that sell alcohol, I'm not trying to use this to get into a club with some bouncer who's going to notice every little detail.
they look great and serve their purpose fine, but I don't have a reference to a real one.

The NH's being missing and the slow responses are really frustrating me and the ID pic isn't the best, but I'd say this is a great ID for the price. It surpassed my expectations. This will work just fine for stores that sell alcohol, I'm not trying to get into clubs with bouncers that are going to notice every little detail, and that was my intention when I bought it. Super happy with the ID for the purposes I'm using it.
