We ordered back in the 7xx days with that juicy promo. So like most people, it took around a month to arrive (I almost got murdered). When the ID arrived, the most glaring issue is the eye color, which was submitted as one thing but was printed as another. The other glaring issue is the shifted raised text, the RT was shifted ridiculously to the left, so much so that parts of it covers the template. He then let us do a reprint finally in the 12xx range -- and I must say, we are blown away.
Communication: [ Was 2/10 is now 9.5/10 ] Ok, I kinda explained this above, at first Lost did not respond to my ticket and I am giving them a 2 because LostCS at least TRIED to help me. Now, I would give it a 9.5 (just because no 10 lol get fukt) because LostCS is good at support and even better at abusing me! (but in all seriousness, good shit, like 1000% support improvement)
We got both of these IDs for $30 in a promo long ago, and although the originals are unusable, it has been rectified and I think that the new price of $45 is worth every penny (but watch out for the new prices? god knows...)
Shipping: [ Was 1 / 10 Now 9/10 ] We got fucked over with that first reshipper debacle and then when the package came about a month after ordering, the ID was fucked up. But now, the order was marked "paid" on the 9th, it arrived on the 24th, and it said on the site the 23rd (In that new weird shipping tab?) This is high-class shipping! This is back to when he used to have RELIABLE 2-week shipping and everyone thought he was domestic. Honestly, my biggest peeve. There is 0 stealth.
The signature was fatter, now its more skinny, both look close to BB and scan... I guess real WIs differ?!?!? My complaint with this is that the Sig looks really high up and a little bit big, but its fine
The template was pretty good for OOS, but as I assume most of you know the old one had the "comma issue" where there was a comma in the name that was not supposed to be there. As for OOS though this was fine, and the colour matching was great. But, on the new one, the comma is gone, the colours are better (whatever that means? they just look closer?) and the raised text is black (like dark black) not brown-ish.
Ok long story... The person gave me a picture with glasses which is kinda full retard (even though WI has glasses in some photos, I told him not to as the ID has no glasses restriction tick on the template... But... even with this... HOLY SHIT THAT PHOTOSHOP WAS GODLY! the backdrop shadows, the glasses shadow, all the shit ON FUCKING POINT! but when we got him the reprint... its meh. It is up to par, but not like "blow your fucking socks off" good.
I'll take this to be window... It is less dark and thick now, which I think used to be a complaint? I don't exactly know but comparing to scans and BB it is spot on.
UV Front: [9.5/10] The UV used to be bright and washed out on the front, but still good and discernable. The new one seems darker and "more real" if that means anything: UV Back: [6.5/10] Come on guys! I have seen your good front UV and that leaves o excuse for the back, it is really blurry and does not really fully cover the design. This does not hinder passability however as no one looks at back UV and it passes at a quick glance
[Was 8/10 Now 10 / 10 ] Well... when you used to put the PDF417 through a reader the issuing body was NewJersy so um... I don't know what happened there. But it did pass BCS and stuff no issues. The new one is perfect, PDF417 says that it is issued by WI so its good now!
[8.35 to 9/10]: All in all, the first ID was a piece of shit that my guy could only use at 1 place with some old staff and a lenient club. But, this is now fully rectified! The new ID is really good and awesome of OOS use. I am considering purchasing one for myself!
