Introduction

Same intro as nIL, received this in a large group order and decided I'd review it. Looks pretty solid based upon what I know but I don't have a physical on-hand so don't trust what I say too much.

Communication: 10/10

OIS CS responds in a reasonable amount of time and is pretty helpful.

Cost: 8/10

This ID is normally $120 but with group rates you can get that down to less than 60. For out of state use, this is a pretty good price but if you're not able to take advantage of the group rates it might be a little high.

Shipping: 7/10

Same order as the nIL, initially seized but once it was reshipped it came ridiculously fast.

signature: 9/10

Like the other IDs, the signature seems a little thin but but cutout is good.

template: 8/10

Most stuff looks good here but the left side of the capitol building could use some more detail. Also, the header section needs to be shifted right a little. I'm not sure how noticeable both these things would be if you were out of state but instate it might be more obvious. Other than that, the only flaw is the color fade between yellow and blue might be a little off in some areas.

photoshop: 10/10

Can't say anything about ear shadows on this one because the person on the ID was female but the cutout is solid and the colors are good.

holograms/OVI: 10/10

As usual, OVI is clean and vibrant. Nothing to really say here.

uv: 10/10

Front UV is great, I think the back UV is good but I'm not sure if this is similar to nIL where the colors need to be inverted. To the naive observer, nothing is off.

scanning: 9/10

Scans as real on BCS and everything looks good on PDF 417.

conclusion: 9/10

Great ID for out of state use, I'm not sure I'd use instate because of the building detail issue but I don't have a physical on-hand so don't take that comment too seriously.
