Introduction

I have tested this heavily and decided to leave a review for a discount on my next order. This has never failed me and is a great product but a great vendor.

Communication: 10/10

I never had to communicate with the vendor during the order process. They updated the order status along the way which was nice. I have communicated after ordering via ticket which is easy with responses ranging between 24-72 hours.

Cost: 9/10

They are not the cheapest price but the quality is amazing. You get what you pay for in life and these products are for sure worth their cost when considering the quality and value you get from usage.

Shipping: 7/10

The shipping was slightly longer than expected but the total process was within the stated times.

signature: 8/10

This is fine. I signed using their online pad. It was hard on the device I used but they replaced the signature and I am happy.

template: 10/10

The template is spot on to my parents o21 version. The quality of the print is great detail wise and looks spot on to the real when taking into account the sharpness, color, grain.

photoshop: 10/10

I dont know what else to say but perfect. So to meet the text limit I will say perfect perfect perfect perfect.

holograms/OVI: 10/10

They state this is real ovi and it matches up perfect to the physical in comparison so I see it.

uv: 10/10

Not everywhere has used uv but when they have it passes on both the front and back so it is good here.

scanning: 8/10

This seems to be the easy part for most vendors and this passes with flying colors obviously. It has had no issues scanning. There is no magstripe on this just the 2 flat barcodes and they only ever scan 1 of them.

conclusion: 10/10

Overall a great product at a valuable price and an easy hands off experience ordering.
