Introduction

This is my review of OIS' new Under 21 NY ID. I received this as part of a review order:

Communication: 10/10

Excellent communication as usual with OIS

Cost: 10/10

Got the ID for free as a review sample so the cost was great

Shipping: 10/10

Quick service and shipping via Fedex

signature: 10/10

Much closer to the real thing compared to the standard NY Over 21

Pictures:

template: 6/10

the lines are not as crisp as they should be and the colors are slightly off. There may also be issues with the printer as the individual blue and orange layers are visible near the edges of lines. The ID was also cut a little too high and misses some details like the line above and under "under 21 until" and the section for "under 18 until." NOTE: this is a under 21 DRIVERS LICENSE so the top will display DRIVER LICENSE instead of LEARNER PERMIT

photoshop: 6/10

Image is a little too dark

holograms/OVI: 10/10

NY IDs don't have holograms

uv: 10/10

I don't have a UV lamp to check this with but the images on the product page look correct

scanning: 10/10

Scans just fine and the information is all correct

conclusion: 7/10

Should pass if you're out of state and careful. I wouldn't risk using it at bars, OIS might need to make some improvements to the template
