Introduction

Am from a neighboring state just looking to buy at gas stations etc.

Communication: 10/10

Never needed to communicate. Did not provide a tracking number for shipping.

Cost: 9/10

Price was $80 for CT, $30 off each when you get 2-4. Got 2 for me, 2 for a friend and it ended up about $65 each including fees. For what we got, the price is insane.

Shipping: 10/10

Got here in 4 days, vendor used express shipping. I received them 2 weeks after ordering.

signature: 7/10

A bit too thick and printed too small.

Lines and text are not very crisp, looks a bit low quality. That said, I don't have a legit in-state to compare it to. Also I've only seen that specific commissioner signature on fakes--I believe all legit CT id's are signed by Robert M. Ward. Totally different signature. Everything else looks good.

photoshop: 8/10

Cropped just the right amount, and the blue color looks like a pretty damn good match to me. The only thing is the photo quality isn't great even though I used a professional camera.

holograms/OVI: 9/10

Looks very authentic. however it says "CTDMV" instead of "DMVCT" as it does on the real thing.

uv: 10/10

Have not tried it with a UV light but am not worried.

scanning: 7/10

Info comes up fine on BCS, used it at a gas station with no problems.

conclusion: 8/10

Would not pass in-state. But out of state, I can get away with it as long as I stay away from certain places.
