No problem here I never needed to message them just let them do their job and you'll get your id's stat!
I bought it during the 50 off promo and i got two sets of id's for $65 it doesn't get better then that.
Took a little over 3 weeks to arrive not a huge deal, expected it to be 1-2 but you can't expect the world when they have a 50% off sale going on.
Signature looks great but needs to be a bit bigger.
Alright here's where the only negative thing about the id comes into play for me, comparing the FYD Oregon to a Real Oregon issue date 2013 and a issue date of 2017. The biggest factor here is the card stock used is extremely matte, and the feel is nothing compared to the real I have photos comparing the two. I have a IDViking Old washington i got a couple years ago and something along those lines for card stock would of been much better, or a glossy id you can break in to get closer to real

Have not tested the UV but if its anything like the halos no doubt its a 10
Ofc it does on every platform i've tried thus far.
Wouldn't exactly recommend using instate unless FYD can get the gloss/feeling on point. A few minor things like the backdrop of the caption is a dark grey as opposed to a pastelish blue. a Should work good in other parts of the PNW or dark lit bars/stores the big give away is the matte/feel of the id.
