Got this as part of a id giveaway from OIS. Been a long time reseller of his, and I can vouch for his consistency.

Very impressed. Sometimes these take longer with customs, but this one came within a week.
Possibly a little too thick, but it’s perfectly situated.
Very close to being instate passable good. Someone looking very close may notice that the tree in the middle is slightly darker and positioned higher on the fake however. Definitely not a problem out of state, possibly be noticed instate.
The picture and shadows are very realistic. The background might be a little bit too perfect, but not noticeably.
Very very slightly tilted, but the actual Holos are perfect.
Show up great, also spot on to the actual.
No problems scanning with BCS
Overall it will certainly pass anywhere out of state, as long as the actual feel matches with Minnesota’s; not having one in hand it’s hard to judge that element. Instate I think it would fair well, unless there’s any high security Minnesota clubs where they crack down on minors. Props again to OIS.
