Introduction

Did a group order of Vermont IDs during an FYD 50% promo in June.

Communication: 10/10

FYD responded to the few questions I had relatively quickly.

Cost: 10/10

Nothing beats $25 an ID for 4 or more.

Shipping: 8/10

Took just over a little more than a month from payment to delivery. Didn't expect it'd take that long but it was a promo.

signature: 8/10

Most of the order came out fine. One ID's sig was almost non existent. FYD's site said they'd supplement a custom signature if quality was an issue on a submitted one.

Looks great. Has all the fine details and is the highlight of this order.

photoshop: 8/10

The photoshop job on all the IDs was sub par. Framing was inconsistent/incorrect in all the IDs, and only one had added shadows. Too much shoulder in all but 2 of the IDs. My personal photo looks extremely shopped even after taken on a high quality camera/w white background. Background is too dark a shade of blue.

holograms/OVI: 10/10

Holos look fine and are identical to a real VT.

uv: 10/10

Vermont's holo doubles as the UV

scanning: 8/10

Comes up as potentially fake on BCS and actual bar scanner.

conclusion: 10/10

Being from Vermont, I really, really wanted to like this ID. Everything is great except for the photoshop and scanning. For $25 I shouldn't be complaining, but these are almost unusable anywhere because of these issues. Brought them to a bar my friends work at in South Carolina and was told they were the worst they'd seen in a while. Extremely disappointed.
