I got this ID for an id review so lets see what noblefakes is about. I got a U21 PENNSYLVANIA.

Communication: 10/10

Noblefakes is probably the best in communication, use wickr and they usually respond in minutes.

Cost: 10/10

I got it on a review id but they are going for 45$ on their website using a coupon, so i recommend you guys go check it out.

Shipping: 10/10

Got here in about 1 1/2 weeks, it took that long because of the hurricane dorian, i live in florida so yeah... delayed a lot.

I've looked up pictures of the id and yeah pretty much looks the same so.....

Ear shadows are perfect couldn't ask for better.

holograms/OVI: 9/10

Not so vibrant holos, but pretty good for the price, i can most likely pass using it.

uv: 9/10

Tested UV with a friend since i don't have an UV, but UV looks clean.

scanning: 10/10

Scanned on BCS really fast, some of my fakes don't scan that fast, really like it.

conclusion: 9/10

The ID is amazing but not perfect, it is a budget id but its good quality, i've bought fakes before for $300 on dark web and those look exactly the same, so i give this a 9 for the price and quality for price, it is worth. www.Noblefakes.com
