I actually ordered a UK driving licence from them, but that doesn't appear as an option on the drop-down menu, so clicked on QC.

Communication: 10/10

They responded reliably to each of my inquiries (and there were several, because delivery took a long time!)

Cost: 9/10

Paid the equivalent of EUR 60, which is a good price.

Shipping: 3/10

Delivery took much longer than indicated on their site -- they said "regular" shipping would take 2-3 weeks; it actually took six weeks. Maybe it's because I'm in Europe, not the US. But at least they kept responding every time I sent an inquiry, telling me it was in fact on its way.

signature: 10/10

Perfect; accurately reproduces the sample signature I sent in.

Looks very good; raised design sections are all there in the right places.

photoshop: 10/10

I sent in a legit passport photo, so there wasn't much photoshopping to do.

holograms/OVI: 10/10

All present and appropriately glittery.

All good, and I can recommend, but be aware that standard delivery can take much longer than the 2-3 weeks advertised. I can't say anything about the express shipping option.
