Two ID's in a row were bad
Bad on their site with ticket process. Kept telling to look at my account updates for latest info. Info I wanted was not there.
Paid extra for faster processing, didn't matter. Took months. Plus, covid was a factor but took awhile for the replacement after being assured they were back to normal.

Scanned at a gas station no problem. SHowed birthday, that's it.
Everything looked good except they added an extra number to the DL# twice in a row! My state notices that real quick. Wasted time and money even though they seem to have good reviews overall. Don't know how they can screw up back to back with two different suppliers.
