Ordered for in state CT, kind of ordered in the dark and took a chance, turned out great. Review below: :)

It took a minute to reply to me but they said they were setting up a different system, but it turned out fine, I was just worried when it would get to me.

Cost: 9/10

I spent $100 on mine, pretty average, I think they mentioned they will do deals for groups as well.

Shipping: 10/10

I got my tracking, I kept track of it, it took around 8 days to get here. I expected longer but that was a good surprise.

signature: 10/10

the signature was the same as the one I sent in, 5thfloordmv is trustworthy, I think they're building up a strong group of orders at the moment.

good template! i didnt find an issue here, the comparison was good.

photoshop: 9/10

Photoshop looked pristine, I couldn't find differences between photos I sent in vs. on the print out. I was actually impressed!

holograms/OVI: 10/10

absolutely flawless hologram put on, each side is equal.

uv: 10/10

Im posting UV in my review, this came out great on front and back.

scanning: 10/10

flawless scanning, tried via apple products. happy here, was nervy.

conclusion: 8/10

5thfloordmv is trustworthy, Im happy and satisfied with my ID, it will definitely pass anywhere including in state. I'm posting 3 photos, including UV. check it.
