10/10 the guy made sure I was seeing his messages, made everything clear and explained it to me.
Cost is okish, but for an image I feel like it could be cheaper. Although its fine as some other people who do this service but with photoshop charge the same rates. I would recommend if you need a service like this to pay the extra 10 dollars and buy from this guy instead of going with a cheap photoshopper.
Extremely fast, this guy delivered the photo after 1 hour of me paying, even people who photoshop ID's take longer than that. 10/10 shipping speed theres no better than this. (He is probably in china/honk kong so dont expect photos an hour after purchasing especially if you purchase during mid day in the US)
Good signature, compared to photos its the same placement & same thickness.
Looks almost identical to the template in use by oldironsides.
Ear shadows look real but the image looks a bit too crisp. (This is mostly on my part because I provided a crisp photo knowing I did not need it to look 100% accurate for what im doing) I suggest using a blur filter for the old IDs to make them look more realistic but it'll def pass out of state.

Id looks good, amazing support, amazing production speeds. Mostly bought this as a test of his services but I probably will be coming back as he knows what hes doing and has good delivery time.
