**nTX review** Pic on the site has not been updated but this is the newest version of TX. I was sent this ID in exchange for an in depth review
Always a pleasure working with the gorilla. There was a shipping issue that delayed my order a bit but he was super transparent about the situation.
Not the cheapest at $90 for a single but not the most expensive either. With Evolved's recently lowered reseller rates this comes in at a very attractive price point for bulk orders.
Touched down after about 5 weeks. Given that the industry standard is around 3 weeks now I would like to see their ship times come down to match the competition. (I am told they will improve very soon)
Signature is very faint and thin. The thinness is probably due to the online generator I used but the color on reals is very black.
The colors are damn near spot on and the raised text is very good. The microprint is bold and very legible. Placement of everything is correct as well. The biggest downside this state has is the material. It is not as thick as the real - however - I have yet to see a novelty that gets this right. Also, it does not pass the flashlight test. When you put a flashlight to the back of the card it should glow purple and not yellow. Finally the small details around/on top of the photo are missing.
Gave them a stock photo so the result is about exactly as expected. One thing evolved gets correct is the background color. Other vendors use a gray color that is way too dark compared to most physicals.
No holos or OVI on nTX -----------
I give this a generous 2. The only UV present on this ID is the small dots across the face of the ID. No star on the front and no tree on the back. This definitely will not pass a UV test.
Scans as real on the government issued Show-Me-ID app
This is a good ID for out of state use. The only thing that really brings down the overall score is the non existent UV.
