Introduction

I ordered a tn from /u/5thfloordmv because it came recommended.

Communication: 8/10

The only way to contact /u/5thfloordmv seems to be with tickets on their site. They have it set so that a limited amount of tickets can be opened per order and only certain types of tickets can be opened depending on the order status your order is in. This can be frustrating when you are unaware that is works this way. They should post this on the site. Most replies came in 12-24 hours

Cost: 7/10

This is not the cheapest vendor but they always say you get what you pay for and I think they offer a fair combination of pricing and quality. If you order during their sale the pricing rating is higher in my opinion.

Shipping: 7/10

Nothing special here. Typically fast shipping and the cost is not terrible considering the method. This really is not a complaint in the end just something for convenience.

signature: 9/10

I had trouble signing the pad because my track pad is demolished but the signature was replaced with a different one that looks pretty good. I would like to have mine in case I had to sign something but I have had no issues using it yet.

template: 8/10

This is a very good template when compared to the recent issue version of the tn id. They got the zip code right. The laminate could have less sheen to it but the thickness and colors are really close.

photoshop: 10/10

Amazing work. The most realistic cut out and filtering done out of my id collection.

holograms/OVI: 10/10

I think they updated their holograms because when I compare mine to my friends they look pretty different. The older version is more dull and does not really react to a change in the way you hold the id but mine they are very vibrant, crisp, and change when tilting it. They look perfect.

uv: 10/10

I have had a few brief moments of the uv when going into clubs and it lines up perfectly with the holograms and is about the perfect brightness.

scanning: 9/10

There is no swipe code on tn but the regular barcode scans out at places and on my app.

conclusion: 8/10

This is a really solid id. The pricing is very fair especially if you order during a sale or with a group. They need to improve the communication but update some features on their site but they have my business and I do not see any issues coming from this id.
