I got ids for a friend and me

FYD was good on his online posts but person who responds to customer service was not great. They were unhelpful and responded in only 1 or 2 words.

Cost: 10/10

Good price for O21 ID. No complaints here

Shipping: 6/10

Took longer than expected (7 weeks) but still got here

signature: 1/10

The rest of the ID is fantastic but the signature is horrible and makes the ID unusable. The other ID in my order had a perfect signature but mine is super thick and awkward. It is really noticable right as you pick up the ID.

Photoshop is great. I sent in a really high quality photo and they did a really good job making it look realistic.

holograms/OVI: 10/10

Holos are very good and realistic.

I tested it and it works well

conclusion: 6/10

The actual ID is awesome and I would definetly work with them again. However, because of the signature the ID is essentially useless anywhere where they pay attention (it looks worse in person than on the photo below). If somehow they could fix the signature or give me a discount on a re-order it would be an easy 10 but unfortunately right now it is not really usable
